I recently got to visit Burn Cardio Studio with the Dallas Blogger Collective. It was super fun! (well if you think doing back to back 30 minute work outs is fun...thanks Deep Fried Fit!)

One of the sponsors was Six:02, which  is a  athletic apparel store, that is actually not too far from my apartment in Dallas. For someone who loves workout clothes, specifically leggings, this is your Mecca! I'm typically a Nike girl when it comes to fitness gear, but Six:02 let me try out these Under Armour leggings and they're awesome! I'm not sure which I love more, the fit or the color.

These new duds came at an awesome time, because I just signed up for my first official half marathon! I've been  running for a couple of years now, so I'm not amazing, but I'm not a complete newb either. I thought I'd share some of my "Must Have Items" for those of you who have a fitness related goal for 2015. Just click on each picture, and it will direct you to the appropriate link!

Some non-fashion related running items that I love are my Backnobber and BioFreeze! The Backnobber is awesome to massage out pressure points and tight muscles, which obviously occur when you are working out.  Even if you aren't training for a race you'll want to get one. My parents thought I was crazy for asking for one for Christmas, but they ended up wanting to steal it from me Christmas morning! BioFreeze is a life savor. I first heard about it from my chiropractor. I use it for everything-When my lower back hurts after a long run or when my shoulders are stiff pre-run. It's also great for helping with headaches; you just run it along your neck and it soothes almost instantly. Also, this is my favorite pump up song right now, I can' run without this beforehand,  this is my favorite Pandora station to listen to while running,  this is my favorite snack, this is my favorite training app and this app motivates me to get through tough runs (and tough days)!

Do you have any running tips or tricks that keep you going? I'd love to know!
