One of my favorite months of the year is here! October marks 6 years of marriage for me and Nick and then now of course it is my twinsā€™ birth month. I canā€™t believe they turn 1 in less than 2 weeks. Needless to say that October will be a busy one for us; but, Iā€™m very much looking forward to it. I honestly barely even have time to sit down, but managed to jot down my favorites from the past several weeks. I hope you enjoy them!

Everything is linked in the collage below, except the blender. All items are linked below the images in paragraph form though!

  1. Active Skin Repair. I worked on some (non posted) content for this brand a couple of months ago and have really come to like it. It doesnā€™t sting and works well on cuts, scrapes, and bug bites alike. They have a baby version that works well for diaper rash and a kids version too. Itā€™s a great alternative to Neosporin-like ointments. If you miss the salve-like feel, they actually have a gel version.

  2. Jane Iredale Lash Conditioner. I have been using this for years, but I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever shared it as a favorite. I apply it before I put my mascara on. I think it gives my lashes volume and makes it last longer. Tip: I apply to one eye then apply mascara and then do the other; meaning that I donā€™t apply the conditioner to both eyes at the same time. I layer mascara first. It works best when it is still wet when the mascara goes on.

  3. Bala Power Ring. I received this as a birthday gift! I am doing a couple of circuits at home, so this has been added to my ā€œhome gymā€ if you will. I love the brand and their gear is always so pretty and functional.

  4. Anthropologie Embroidered Embellished Headband. One of my friends gave me this for my birthday and it is perfect as we transition into fall. It comes in 6 different colors so if you donā€™t like this one that is more on the neutral side, they may have one you like!

  5. Sarah Flint Perfect 100 Pumps in Gunmetal Lame. These are THE holiday shoe, but can obviously be worn outside of the Christmas season too. Dress them down with jeans or up with a little black dress. You wonā€™t want to take them off. See my review of Sarah Flint heels here. Use my discount code SARAHFLINT-CCLAUREN3 for 15% off.

  6. Quince European Linen Short Sleeve Shirt and Shorts. I actually forgot that I hadnā€™t shared these as a favorite yet. I gave you a glimpse of them here and on Instagram, but I still owe you a review. It sounds silly to share them as we head deeper into fall, but linen is always a good idea, especially if you live in a place that can be warm in December. I love their quality and their products are such a good price.

  7. Vejo Blender. (c/o) Iā€™ve shared Vejo with you before, but this blender is new and improved! I shared a little bit about it here, but I wanted to formally mention it. My original review still stands, it is just that much better / more functional.

  8. Britax Advocate Clicktight Car Seat in Safewash. (c/o) This one is kind of sad, but also great because it means the twins are growing well. They are almost too tall for their infant carseat and these are convertible so they can still be rear facing.

  9. Kitsch Pillow Eye Mask. (c/o) I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep and this helps me get to sleep faster by blocking out light. We canā€™t really close our drapes all the way at night because of Nickā€™s plant placement, so this helps me have more of a blackout room and good sleep experience. It would be a great Christmas gif!

  10. Solo Stove Mesa. (c/o) I have the large, Bonfire sized Solo Stove and love it, especially for large events; however, sometimes you just need a small flame. This cutie is under $100 and would work well on a small patio or balcony. I used the Bonfire at my recent Camp themed party, but this one would have been a good addition too. They would also be fun for an outdoor wedding on highboy tables during cocktail hour or something like that. Read my review of the Bonfire here.
