If you follow me on snapchat (ElleSpann), then you already heard the great news - I finished my running recovery program! I injured myself last spring, while training/running my half marathon. I developed runner's knee and had an abductor strain. As of Monday morning, I ran a complete mile, without pain, for the first time in over a year! To be real, I walked 1 minute, ran a 10 minute mile, walked 1 minute, ran a 10 minute mile, then walked 5 minutes. However many minutes, I don't care. I'm on my way to long distance running again!

Something that is very important to me (and a lot of people), when running, is my pace. Sometimes I go too fast and sometimes I go too slow. Either way, music is something that helps keep me steady. The only problem is that I hate my iPhone headphones. They fall out of my ears, not to mention that they aren't very cute.

When Sudio Sweden approached me about trying out their earphones I agreed, but didn't expect much. Boy, was I wrong! Not only are these earphones a beauty, but they have brains! It's so nice to have wireless headphones, not to mention the battery lasts for at least 2 weeks, before you have to recharge. (In my experience) I think my favorite part is that they are noise blocking. That means, I don't have to listen to Joe Schmo, to the right of me at the gym, huff and puff as he works out his triceps. Ya feel me?

Sudio Sweden is like having a mini studio in your ears. The name actually is a nod to Phil Collins and his song Sussudio, as he is the person who inspired Mats Wallsten, the designer, to create the earbuds. Sweden gave us Ikea, H&M, and now Sudio Sweden. Thank goodness!

Interested, but pink and rose gold not your thing? Not to worry! They have four total styles and each come in a plethora of colors. Shop their collections here. You really can't go wrong with any of them.
