Aerie Plush Turtleneck Dress | Vince Darlington Flat | Duster Cardigan

Happy Wednesday, y'all! Here's some fall-ish fashion content, coming at ya strong! Well, I say fall, but to be honest, you can 100% wear this turtleneck dress now. As of today, we are 1 month away from the first day of autumn and I'M READY NOW. We won't really feel fall in Texas until maybeeee November, but dresses like these are my best friend.

First of all, I love a good slouchy dress - you can dress them up or down, but you can also layer them. I would honestly start wearing this dress now and just push the sleeves up a bit, so I don't get too hot. It's on the thinner side, so you won't overheat. The only thing kind of weird about it is the sizing...I ordered the XS/S and the M to see which I liked better and I definitely liked the medium the best. I would normally wear a small in a dress like this, but the medium was more slouchy and longer. I would almost like to see what a slouchier version looked like on me, but I fear the L/XL would be too big. It's funny...I love really baggy pieces of clothing, but they end up not photographing as well, so I'm okay with the medium after all ;)

Okay, let's talk about how I styled it...

1) Sporty Chic. When I first got this dress, I knew I wanted to pair it with my favorite slide on sneakers! This dress is easy to move in, so I wanted to wear a shoe that showcased that. Anddd y'all know I'm obsessed with bandanas right now! I threw one on with this turtleneck, not sure if I was going to like it, but I do!! What do y'all think?

2) Night Out. This was a no brainer for me. I had no doubt in my mind that the OTK boots would look good with it. Plus, it's almost impossible for my suede moto jacket to NOT go with something. This one is an easy pick!

3) Business Casual. I think overall, this one is my favorite. I LOVE the lighter neutrals together, plus it's super comfy...PERFECT for those fall/winter mornings that you want to don the most comfortable thing possible, but still look cute! Side note -I got these shoes at the Nordstrom sale and they finally re-stocked the nude  hue!!

So, which is your favorite? Another option I didn't show is a layering-leg look! It would go perfectly with a black legging or tights, if you're the always cold type! Oh and I forgot to mention the best thing about this dress...it's currently on sale for under $30!! Hope y'all have a great rest of your week - halfway through, guys! If there's anything you're struggling with styling or just want me to showcase, comment below or shoot me an email!! XOXO
