Y'all know I am always on the lookout for good versatile pieces...in fact, you could probably make a drinking game out of how many times I mention it. ANYWAY, this chambray jumpsuit should be on your radar if you are looking for a good, versatile piece! When shopping for a piece like this, there's a couple things I take into consideration.
-Fit. First of all, it's so hard for me to find a jumpsuit that actually fits my body right and even harder for me to find a culotte jumpsuit hits my torso/hips correctly. Because this one checks the fit box, I'm automatically more likely purchase it, because it's something I can rarely find.
-Quality. Call me a sewing nerd, but a lot of the times I'll check the seems and construction of a garment before buying, so I can see how long it would potentially last me. This often leads to the question of "is it worth my money?" This jumpsuit has great fabric and will be durable.
-Style. How versatile is it?;) Where can I wear it? Does it work for many seasons? This jumpsuit can be dressed up or down, depending on the shoes, for sure. I'd easily pair it with a blazer or moto jacket for work, but wear it with some statement earrings for a summer's night out. ALSO, denim isn't going out of style any time soon...so yeah!
-Price. I actually look at this first, but come back around to it at the end. Pending the answers to the questions above, I deem the price good or bad and go from there! This jumpsuit isn't an insane price, but it's a little more than you might spend. Because you'll get several seasons of wear out of it, coupled with the quality, fit, and versatility, I think it's a great buy!
What do y'all think about it?? I actually wore this for Easter. I wanted something that was more than just your average floral print. Something that gives you a little bit more longevity in wear, and this was it! I hope this helps you shop a little smarter! XOXO
