I know this may not seem very “women in the workplace” like, but I truly believe apple cider vinegar (ACV) helped me take less sick days, sooo maybe this is a supplement that you should actually keep on your desk, or at the very least, in your medicine cabinet. Today I’m going to share how you can take apple cider more easily, thanks to Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies. Use code ELLEMULENOS for 10% off. You actually might recognize these already, from my January Favorites!!
I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar for almost 5 years now. I used to get horrible colds, that turned into months upon months of sinus infections. Initially I would drink ACV like tea. I’d have it in the morning, mixed with hot water, a lemon wedge, and cayenne pepper. I stopped drinking it for a while, because it was NOT pleasant. Apple cider vinegar smells bad, taste gross, and burns. Never take it without diluting it, or you will burn your poor throat.

Now I have a theory that when you can taste the medicine, it works better… ie cough syrup, NyQuil, etc. That being said, I shoot ACV every morning with water and cayenne pepper, sometimes with ginger tea or orange juice too. I smell it, taste it, feel it slide down my throat, etc. It’s not fun; however, I was verrrrry hesitant to anything but the “real deal”, because of how well it worked. I did have one problem though. Travel! During trips, I usually just didn’t have any ACV and man, could my body tell the difference when I didn’t consume it.
I take apple cider vinegar for a lot of reasons… sinus health, lower blood sugar, in my skincare and face masks, annnd to help keep me “regular”, if you catch my drift. Yes, I’m talking about pooping. It make it easier, if you will ;) As if I didn’t already have enough trouble going at home, trying to go when I travel is a whole different ballgame. It is worse! For Christmas we were in Seattle for over a week - the longest I’ve been away from home in a while. I was truly worried about going, but thanks to my Goli gummies, I went every single day with ease! Because yes, it isn’t uncommon for me to not be able to go. I actually talked about tracking whether I poop or not here.
Let’s get back to Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and why you should consider them! First though, I’d like to say that this isn’t a sponsored post, meaning they aren’t paying me to write this. All of my sponsored posts are clearly noted when they are though. That being said, they did give me my first bottle free, but I have since purchased 6 more bottles! I am an ambassador for them now, which basically just means that you get savings! Try them for yourself and grab them for 10% off w/code ELLEMULENOS.

Here’s the rundown of Goli Gummies:
TASTE: It’s honestly dangerous how good they taste! Goli gummies remind me of sour patch kids or something along those lines. They do have a vinegar bite at the end, butI could eat them like candy! When I shoot ACV, I honestly have to hype myself up to do it.
BENEFITS: I wrote a post on the benefits of apple cider vinegar here. If you want to read studies Goli has done, click here.
PRICE: $19 for 1 180 count bottle (about 11 cents per gummy) or buy 5 at a time for $17.80 per bottle (about 1 cent per gummy) Use code ELLEMULENOS for 10% off. If you take 2 gummies a day, one bottle will last you three month, though often I take more than 2 per day.
NOTEWORTHY: GF, Organic, V, Non-GMO, no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, Includes raw ACV w/ the mother (strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria) - basically you want your apple cider vinegar to have the mother.
INGREDIENTS: I really like that they use actual food to color and flavor the product - no artificial additions! I only have one issue with an ingredient (folic acid), and talk about it below. They do use sugar, but it’s one of best forms of sugar they can use anddd nothing like high fructose corn syrup. It’s not a ton of sugar either! Oh and of course, I love the ACV they use!
Now, nothing is perfect. I do have a couple issues with the product.
Serving size. Two gummies equal one shot of ACV, which is normally what you aim for; however, the serving size on their bottle says one, so that can be confusing if you don’t consider it. They say you can take up to 12 per day though…Just keep it in mind! If you are looking at something like sugar, it has 1 gram per serving but that’s one gummy. I get why they worded it like that, but wish it was more clear.
Folic acid. Folic acid and folate aren’t the same thing. Folic acid is the synthetic version of folate. Where we can’t absorb too much folate, we can absorb too much folic acid. Most people don’t see side effects if they consume less than a gram a day, so just keep this in mind! They only use 150 MICRO grams per one gummy, so you are well within the less than a gram daily limit, even if you consume several! I would honestly just prefer that they remove the folic acid entirely.
Something I LOVE about Goli (more than the taste or the ease of using it!), is that they choose to give back! The number one cause of preventable childhood deaths is malnutrition. They choose to help combat this by partnering with Vitamin Angels. Every Goli purchase made provides a 1-for-1 Vitamin grant thanks to VA! Buy purchasing one bottle of gummies, you are providing a child in need with a 6-month supply of vitamins. How sweet is that?!

When I first started taking Goli gummies, I would eat 2 in the morning and then pepper some throughout the day if I felt like it. I read somewhere that some people like to take 1 after each meal to help with digestion, so I tried that! I’m not sure if they worked differently when I consumed them, so I don’t really have a favorite way. If I’m starting to get a sugar headache, they 100% help though!
To be honest, I still take ACV shots most days. This will be the best and cheapest way to take it in my opinion; but, I will continue to buy Goli gummies for random needs and 100% for travel! A must pack! There are a lot of days where I take a shot and grab gummies. It’s whatever I’m feeling! If you don’t like the taste of regular ACV, then this is your way! I think it would be better for you to take the gummies regularly than not get the nutrients. Nick is one of those people. He loathes straight ACV, but actually requests the gummies. They are a game changer! Use code ELLEMULENOS for 10% off!
Just to note, my code only works on the Goli site. They do have some gummies on Amazon, but they are more expensive than just buying them directly from the website. AND my code doesn’t work there ;)
