Since moving to LA, I noticed that my Chaturanga has greatly improved. I’m now getting flatter and lower to the ground than I ever have! Sure, I’ve been going to CorePower Yoga more frequently, but it is more than that. The trick? I noticed that a couple teachers had us lower slowly all the way to the ground instead of doing a chaturanga. It’s a “wax on-wax off” type of thing! By doing so, it helped my arms gain the muscle memory (and strength) to truly lower! I realize that it may not make 100% sense, so I made a quick little video demonstrating it below!
