No, your eyes are not deceiving you...I did just wear these pants, in this recent post! I honestly cannot get enough of them!
Olive apparel and accessories really hit the scene fall 2015 and the hue is still pretty hot. I looked at a lot of olive pieces, before buying these pants. I wore a lot of the color in middle school, so I think had to get over that fact, before I could fall in love with this trend again. When I finally did, I wish I would have gotten into the color sooner! I think olive is becoming a new neutral, just like burgundy. Personally, I think Pantone should have picked something in green family for the color of 2016, but then again, I'm not the professional. (don't know what I am referring to? Catch up here).
This particular shade of green generally makes people think of some type of military connection. That is in no way a bad thing, it's just not everyone's style! For example, my sister has this coat and looks adorable in it; however, that just isn't me.
Whether you're a trend follower or not, you'll want to incorporate this "new neutral" into your wardrobe! One of my favorite ways to wear it, is by styling it with some leopard, like I did in this post. If animal prints aren't your thing, don't fret. There are lots of ways to wear it! Here's a collage to help inspire different ways to style this happening hue. Links are below the collage.

So, do you like olive? How do you wear it?
