Hump Day, y'all. We can do this! I don't know about you, but my life keeps getting busier and busier. Stress accumulates and explodes in the worst of ways. I lack sleep, time and happiness, so what exactly is causing it?

I always thought I was good at time management, but it turns out that I'm not. I may be good at managing some things, but my problem is over committing. I cannot do it all and I shouldn't expect things out of myself that I don't expect of others. I am only one person!

Recently, Nick was discussing my time and he said that my total working hours with my full time job and blogging job and I work around 110 hours each week. That doesn't include wedding planning either. WHAT?! So, how can I get better? Honestly, I don't know. That's why this post is different than most I do. I'm not teaching you how to do something or even being informative...I'm simply talking about my life.

I try to plan ahead, but sometimes that isn't enough. I think I've felt behind, since last June, when I traveled to Hawaii. (yes, I have posts from the trip! They are in my travel section) The truth is, the only thing we have is time, so we should be enjoying it. Enjoying it, I am; however, I feel like I need to live a little more. Sometimes you just need to drop what you're doing and hang out with friends or to have some quality conversations on your living room couch. No matter what it is, take time for you!

Nick and I are trying to plan another trip this year, before out honeymoon. Traveling is something relaxing, that we love to do together, which brings me to this dress.  I'll probably end up bringing it to Saint Lucia. It's perfect, don't you think? Resort wear really started out for rich people who could afford to travel.  The truth is that you don't have to go across the world to have a relaxing weekend. Try just clearing your schedule to do nothing or checking into a local hotel and checking out of the real world!

What do you do to relax?  I hope you are taking time to do so. You deserve it!
