Happy long weekend, friends! We spent Friday night with friends, seeing Lala Land at the Meyerson - they played the movie and had the orchestra play the score. Anddddd Saturday, we watched our Baylor Bears get beat badly by Liberty...thank goodness there are 2 days left to redeem the weekend;) I feel like we just unpacked from Oregon, and I'm already packing for NYC! Nick and I are headed to New York for NYFW this week, so already re-filling our suitcases!
Labor Day often marks the unofficial end to summer and the start of fall, though we won't see those autumn breezes for a while, in Texas. It's a big time for stores to get rid of summer inventory, though a lot put fall merchandise on sale as well! So, stock up on those sweaters and even gifts! I have some Christmas gifts already purchased, so keep that in mind, too, while you're looking through sales!
