Trend Alert: Round Purses
Revolve Dress (I also really like this one!) | BaubleBar Tassel Earrings | Clare V Alice Maison Tote | Marc Fisher Annie Wedges | Daniel Wellington Cuff
Me again with my recent trend findings! It's so fun to see where the handbag industry goes. Last summer it was the saddle bag (remember this post?), and this spring/summer it's all about the round purse. Or do you call them circle bags? Not sure! I honestly think that this is the next phase of the saddle bag...it's literally just a fully rounded version of the saddle! There are still trending bags out there that are the evolution of the saddle as well- their shape is more rectangular, but their flaps are rounded, like this one.
I scoured the inter-webs and found some of my favorite styles at all different price-points! (from $22 to $1200!!) I tried this out the other day and am doing it again here - instead of posting a scrollable widget or linking the item below the collage, you can actually click on the little "+" next to purse ON the image and it will take you to the webpage! Let me know what you think! I imagine it is easier for y'all, but I can always switch back to my old ways.
I'm not a very "trendy" person - though I do keep up with them, I prefer classics...things that can grow old with me;) Even though the round purse is a "trend", I feel like it is pretty classic! I meannnn you can't reinvent the wheel ;) What do y'all think, though? They seem pretty practical, which is always a good thing! Will you sport one this spring? You can count me in! Crossbody bags like this are always a good idea, especially for concerts and tourism ventures!
What I like about the straw one I featured is that the size is on point and it is a straw bag I can actually use! I know people LOVE the One by cult Gaia Gaia's Ark Bag (it is made of bamboo, but still!) , but it honestly makes me giggle! I would never be able to carry it because I put too much stuff in my purses and I think it would break, plus it just seems super impractical to me. Am I the only one?! Anyway, thanks for ramblings and supporting my blog. It's not always easy, so I always appreciate all of your love!
