Itā€™s been a while since Iā€™ve shared my favorite items from Amazon, so I thought today would be a good day to do so, being that it is Prime Day and all. Let me be honestā€¦ I donā€™t typically shop Prime sales. In the past we have scored a TV that quickly sold out, but other than that a lot of the crazy good stuff goes so fast it almost isnā€™t even worth it. We have also purchased a Roomba and then certain clothes I like (Daily Ritual for example) go on sale. I do have $10 to spend since I shop at Whole Foods and they were giving out a $10 credit to people who shopped on certain days. Twist my arm to spend $10 on Amazon why donā€™t you!! Amazon Prime Day begins today 10/13 and lasts until 11:59 pm 10/14. Get to shopping if you are in the market for some goods!

While I do try to order a lot of items through their direct website, sometimes you can actually find it cheaper or have a betters shipping offer on Amazon. Be careful though, because some items are more expensive. I donā€™t know who buys Trader Joeā€™s items on Amazon, but a lot of people buy them and it is 3x or 4x marked up! Iā€™m thankful for fast shipping, nice customer service reps and even services like Amazon Fresh and Audible. Whenever I purchase items from Shopbop, I always use our Prime account, so I can get super easy shipping and returns. Side note - they are having their fall sale right now too!

Before I dive into some of my personal Amazon details, I wanted to mention one sale that I know will be good! Kendra Scott (on Amazon) is having 20% off and some sets on sale for only $35. Itā€™s a great time to buy little gifties for the holiday season!

Okay now for the details!

NEW AMAZON FAVORITES

  • Paige Sweatshirt. I bought this in-store but I found it on Amazon fo less! I purchased a size large because it was the only one they had left, but could have for sure worn a small or medium.

  • Silk Scarf. I own this in 2 colors and love it! Itā€™s not actual silk, but it feels and looks like it. They are under $20 and

  • Mexican Train. My sister introduced me to this game earlier this year and we were HOOKED. It is such a fun dominos game.

  • Telestrations. I played this game for the first time almost a year ago, but received it as a gift early this year. It is such a fun little pictionary type game mixed with the classic telephone game.

  • Liquid Alchemist. I LOVE these syrups for cocktails and mocktails. They are all natural and taste so good. Just be sure to keep them in the fridge once you have opened them!

  • Tessemaeā€™s Dressing. Iā€™ve only had the ranch dressing, but it is a great dairy free ranch!

  • Okaysou Airmax 8L. This is the air purifier we have in our bedroom and it is great!

  • Aunt Fannieā€™s Vinegar Cleaner. I LOVE THIS CLEANER. It cuts through grime and grease. Anyone else secretly like the smell of vinegar too??

  • Fly Zapper. This is one of Nickā€™s toys - hah! It was more useful when we kept the windows and doors open all the time, but yeahā€¦ it gets the job done!

  • Katchy Gnat Trapper. This is another one of Nickā€™s toys for his plants. It attracts and catches bugs.

  • Sun Visor Hat. Much to Nickā€™s dismay, I bought this hat to keep the sun off my face. I love that it rolls up and keeps me shaded.

  • Homech Quiet Ultrasonic Humidifier. I sleep with a humidifier every night to combat dry skin. This is the one I have and it works great.

  • Mexican Blanket. Nick got me this for the beach in the colder months! It is a really pretty and great quality blanket.

  • West Coast Sweatshirt. I wear this ALL THE TIME. Under $30 and so comfy cozy. I sized up to a Large for an oversize fit.

TRIED AND TRUE THINGS I LOVE

  • Cybeleā€™s Free to Eat Pasta. Iā€™ve since seen some Whole Foods locations have this, but I really like this pasta and originally found it on Amazon! it is made of veggies and doesnā€™t include allergens like gluten, soy, and more.

  • Sunscreen. I buy our sunscreen from Amazon! Our favorites are Badger and Babo Botanicals. We also really like Juice Beauty and Kokua.

  • Wine Glasses. We love Riedel glasses and you can usually find a good deal on Amazon! We like to go for the sets with cute little stemless glasses included. One always seems to break, so we like to have enough on hand.

  • Daily Ritual. I am obsessed with this Amazon private label basics brand. Their products are so soft and budget friendly. I will say that their products wear like a $20 t-shirt, but really no matter how much a t-shirt costs, itā€™s going to wear, so yeah. I own every single basic color in their shortsleeve and longsleeve terry cloth tee. Last Prime Day they sold out and didnā€™t replenish for a while, so snag one if youā€™re considering it. Plus, they added a ton of new colors!

  • Stasher Bags. These are reusable, silicone bags that are heat proof! They are kind of pricey, but great quality and you can shove them in the dishwasher!

  • Puracy Dishwasher Pods. I have yet to find a natural dishwasher detergent that works as well as this one!

  • WholeRoll. This is a wonderful, organic toilet paper brand, recommended by Branch Basics! Youā€™d be surprised what is actually in your toilet tissue, but this one is safe!

  • ChomChom Hair Remover. We bought one of these to get pet hair off of our couches and beds. It works like a charm and is pretty easy too. Our couch fabric is a little harder clean, as it is a more durable fabric, but it is pretty quick when we use it on our bed.

  • Rise to Wake Alarm. This is alarm is a gentle awakener and a great alternative for your phone alarm.

  • Third Wave Water Packets. Nick uses these in water to make sure his coffee tastes the best that it can!

  • iRobot Roomba. We use this all the time to get pet hair and other pesky things like cat litter up off the ground. We bought one of their not older, but definitely not newest models and it works great. If there was going to be a Prime Day deal, I would suspect that it would be on a newer model.

  • Sous Vide Pressure Cooker. We purchased this several Prime Days ago and let me tell you, IT IS AMAZING. We have cooked the best steaks of our lives in it, but you can also use it for other meats, eggs, veggies, and even cocktails!

THINGS I HAVE MY EYE ON

  • Knit Set. Iā€™ve seen so many people share this and it is so cute. Iā€™m thinking it will be a great SoCal fall set.

  • Gold Spacer Bead Bracelet. This would make for a great every day type of bracelet and I love the way it looks!

  • Beeā€™s Wrap. Reusable paper that works to seal off containers. Cute and good for the environment!

  • Rechargeable Candle Lighter. Let expensive lighters be a thing of the past!

  • Iya Foods Cassava Flour. All of their flours and powders look SO GOOD.

Mighty Patch Blemish Cover. I have been looking for a good zit sticker to try. This one has good reviews and is cruelty free!

  • Three Hermits Wellness Shots. This season calls for wellness shots to stay in tip-top shape! These are great on the go or as a leisurely step.

  • Kindle. These will for sure have a Prime Deal, so keep that in mind if you need one for Christmas or something. I have been toying with this idea ever since we cleaned out our apartment last year. Do I really need all these books?! I love them, bit I donā€™t need most of them and they end up taking up space. I have always thought I wouldnā€™t get a Kindle, but the thought of bringing it on a trip makes it super appealing to me.

  • Butter Soft Leggings. People RAVE about these and say they feel like Lulu Lemon Align Leggings.

THINGS Iā€™M SHOPPING FOR

  • California King Sheets. I bought some cheap sheets last year that seemed like a good idea with all the moving expenses. It wasnā€™t. LOL #neveragain

  • Closet Organizers. I am looking for a little drawer set that goes in the closet for some extra organization!

  • Shoe Organizers. We have less closet space in the new apartment and are looking for new ways to stock our footwear.

  • Fridge Organizers. This is Nickā€™s DREAM. It is currently on our to-do list to organize our fridge. We tried looking at The Container Store in person, but were kind of disappointed with the selection.

  • Basket Sets. I am looking to organize in our new space! Iā€™ve looked at a lot of places, but Amazon has had the best and most affordable sets thus far.

  • Plant Accessories. Nick is ALWAYS on the hunt to buy something new for the plants. We try to shop local most of the time, but some things are better found here.

Donā€™t forget about Amazon subscriptions! We subscribe to several things that we constantly use. Itā€™s a great way to stay in stock and save some money. Happy shopping! And remember that you donā€™t * need * anything ;)
