Flat Sandals for Summer

Recently I did my summer wedges post and you loved that, buuuuut it prompted your desire for a flat sandal version too. I get it! I wear my favorite flat sandals on the regular! They are easy to slide on and are often easier to walk in than a heel. These black sandals, white sandals, leopard sandals are the summer slides that I live in! I used to have a light brown pair, but I wore them so much so that I had to get rid of them when we did our Marie Kondo closet clean out; however, they are next on my list to buy. I currently have my eye on these or these ;)

I’m pretty much all about the basics when it comes to sandals. Whereas I really only have one pair of wedges that I wear (these are the wedge sandals I can’t stop myself from wearing all the time), I try to have all of my neutrals covered when it comes to flat sandals. Black, white and brown are a must! I throw in the leopard not only as a fun statement sandal, but also because it doubles as a neutral, as you can wear them in place of black, white and brown sandals! If you wanted to get the most versatile option, I would probably go with leopard, since you can style it with so much.

What are your favorite sandals? My favorite go-to brands are Dolce Vita and Marc Fisher. I like investing in my shoes as I tend to keep and wear them for years. These brands hold up for me and stay in style, long past my purchase date. Wishing you lots of cute sandals and hopefully no sunburned feet! Summer will be here, now less than a month from today!!
