Thanksgiving is roughly a week away, so you know what that means...time to get your Christmas cards ready! If you wait any later, they'll probably turn into "Happy New Year" cards, and we don't want that!
2016 will be mine and Nick's 3rd year to send out Christmas cards together, but it will be our first one together, with the same last name! November 28th will mark one month of being married - the excitement of the wedding and honeymoon are still abuzz, so it only makes sense to use our gorgeous wedding photos by Heidi Lockharton our holiday greeting cards. People are itching to see wedding photos, so not only do they get to see it, but they get their own "copy", if you will. I know that letter writing is somewhat antiquated thanks to technology, but I am a big supporter of it. There's something happy about opening a holiday card from someone and knowing you were remembered. Plus, you get to see people's personality shine, by what kind of card they send, making it that much more warm and fuzzy feeling!
I don't know if it was fate, but it must have been, because Tiny Prints had perfect timing and just launched a Newlywed card collection. We chose the "Merry Couple Winterberry" option, but we didn't stop there. See below to view all of our cool customizations that Tiny Prints offers!
First things first, I love how Tiny Prints lets you see a card and offer customizations that alter the entire look. We chose to round the edges, but there are several other corner and shape options to choose from. This card also comes with 3 different font colors - we thought the red looked the best for us and goes along with the season.
Second of all, when you get wedding photos, or any photos for that matter, there are several options you narrow it down to, before choosing a cover photos. I love that Tiny Prints let's you do photos on the back, and even collages, along with text options, to really make it yours.
Third, let's discuss packaging. There's something eye-catching about a shimmer envelope. We went with Tiny Print's gold, because well...I wanted to! It's a great feel and fits in perfectly with Christmastime, while standing out in the mail box.
Save the best for fourth? But really, this photo envelope liner is my FAVORITE Tiny Prints feature. I've never seen anything like it. It allowed us to use another favorite photo and POPS off the paper. If I got a card like this, I'd want to hang the whole presentation on the fridge!
Fifth and final piece of fun for our Tiny Prints cards, are these return address stickers. I do like the addressing option, but it isn't available on the shimmer envelopes, plus I thought the stickers were a cool add. I love how they match the detailing on the top of our card!
Not a Newlywed / not married? No problem! Tiny Prints offers all of these features on their cards and have other unique and personalizable options. You can choose from personalized foil, to foil stamped cards, glitter, laser cut, and even ornament shaped cards. Whether you're a big family, a world traveler, or an upbeat millennial, Tiny Prints has the Christmas Card collection of your dreams!
Now through 11/15, you can get 30% off all Tiny Prints product w/code TAKE30 and Free Shipping w/code FREESHIP49 with orders over $50. Miss that sale? Don't worry, they have promotions quite frequently.
