Southern Elle Style Shop Share: Everly Clothing

You've probably heard or seen of the brand Everly. It is sold anywhere from boutiques, to big stores, like Nordstrom. What originally drew me to them, was their amazing designs, with affordable prices. (Remember this post? It featured an Everly dress!)
When I find brands that I love, I like to learn more about them. Upon researching Everly, I found out that it was created by two sisters. It was then that knew that I just had to do a photo shoot with my sister, while wearing them!
My sister and I are both August babies (just 3 years and a day apart), so we usually celebrate our birthdays together. This was the first year we didn't get to, so I went to visit her, the weekend after our big days. She goes to Texas A&M, so off to College Station I went! One of the things I did while there, was visit Messina Hof, a local winery. (You may remember me mentioning it on my Travel Guide for Fredericksburg). Visiting the original location of Messina Hof was so fun and I'm glad we had the chance to take pictures there! **I will say that I was dumb and left my camera on all night, so my battery was dead by the time we arrived. My sweet bf took these pics on his iPhone Plus. Not bad, huh?! I was SO mad at myself, but we are all human, right?
What I love about Everly is that they take amazing prints and solids, and put them on perfect silhouettes. While it may seem simple, it allows for their customers' beauty to shine. Additionally, I think they could be selling their clothing for a higher price, but they don't! Part of the reason that I made gameday dresses in college and custom bow ties now, is because I think that people should be able to get what they want, without having to take out another mortgage on their house. I love that Everly believes that too. On top of creating beautifully crafted products, Everly really does care about their customers and that is very evident!
