Soooo I know I'm behind on the trend, but I am happy to bandwagon now! Bandanas and scarves have creeped back into the scene for a year or two now. I think I took so long to join in, because I felt like a poser? I never really was a neck kerchief kind of girl...perhaps it's my same issue with lipstick? I wore them both in dance team and it was hard for me to see them as anything but "costume".
I recently tried the trend out for my friend's baby shower ( pics here ) and got so many compliments on it, that I think it gave me a newfound confidence in it. Plus, scarves are great for a lot of things. My current favorite way to use them is to tie them on my handbag! I can get new ones per season to spruce up its look, which is a lot cheaper than just getting a new bag;) They're also great to wear in your hair! I love good scarf + pony combo! You'll have to know that I came from the 90's era where it was the cool thing to tie a bandana in your hair. I think I had one in every color and pattern known to man #TOOMUCH Anyway, I'm back now, baby!
