Recently I asked yāall if you wanted me to start a new series, since I am probably going to stop my Elleās Everyday Eats Sunday posts. Yāall brought up clothes you can wear multiple ways, which is what my art of versatility posts are for!! Should I make them a weekly thing? Let me know what you think!
Free People Fluff Fox Sweater | Brown Braided Belt | Rebecca Minkoff Galyn Mules | Black Maxi Skirt
First up we have the sweater + a maxi skirt. A maxi skirt is always a good idea for your arsenal. Itās great for summer, but can really be styled throughout all seasons. I belted mine, because a chunky sweater can sometimes make you look larger than you are. Plussss I wanted to mix black and brown for yāall. Itās one of my favorite color combosā¦and to think it was one I used to think was horrible!
Free People Fluff Fox Sweater | BlankNYC Skirt | Vince Camuto OTK Boots
I love a good mini skirt combo! I got this suede skirt at the N-sale last year and havenāt stopped wearing it sense. I love the texture mix of the suede and the fuzzy sweater, plus all the colors are neutrals, which I love. Skirts + tops are so good for Texas, because they allow you do have ābreathing roomā when it warms up in the afternoon.
Free People Fluff Fox Sweater | Black Flares | Black Booties
I have a thing for black pants! I have several different styles, because they are great for most occasions, even work! (see my black jeans for work post here) I love this look because it it dresses up the sweater, but in a more practical way than a skirt.
So which was your favorite?! I canāt decide between the maxi skirt or the flares. Also how ābout this location? Itās the perfect patio time here in Texas. Perrrrfect for my flu fighting cocktail recipe ;) If thereās any styling requests you have for me, let me know and Iāll work it into the series!
