I was initially drawn to this skirt, because I'm obsessed with everything blue and white these days, but I also kind of figured that it would be pretty versatile. Anddddd when I got it in. I KNEW! Obviously it's pretty, but take a gander at the length of it - work appropriate, am I right?! It's a great length - not too short, and not too short to pair with heels, either! Honestly, the only thing they could do to make it better would be to add pockets. (lol) Obviously I think it's a good deal, because it's quality and durable and under $100, but where all can you wear it?

Today's post was inspired by the need to shop for things that can fit pretty much any occasion. I first paired the skirt for a WEEKEND look. You know...slouchy shirt, a bid of midriff, and easy going earrings and slides. Secondly I styled it for WORK. A basic white blouse and a pair of nude flats can get you far in the life of your wardrobe. Those, plus a chic, but kinda statement earring, are perfect for the long days and won't hurt your lobes. Lastly, I made what I call a WANNA GO OUT look. Whether it's a date, night on the town, or even a party, you can easily see how this look can go from (work) day to night!

So which is your favorite look? Which would you be more likely to wear? I usually roll my eyes at people who claim to style things different ways, but it really just looks the same in each one. BUT, I just love the classic blue and white look and wanted to play that up in each round. I hope you enjoyed it and I helped you think bigger picture.
