Happy mid-week, y'all! It was my first day back after vacation and man did I wish I was still in the island sun! I'm sure I'll feel better once I post everything from the trip, because I'll relive it :) Anyway, as y'all know, I love wearing black and I love a good jumpsuit. One of the most recent trends in the fashion world has been culottes. I've tried to like culottes, but they remind me of gaucho pants, especially because they tend to pull at my hips weird. (my waist is a lot smaller than my hips) I'll be honest. I don't like culottes and culottes don't like me. Well, until now.
About a month ago, Cultro Clothing, an NYC based clothing brand, came to Dallas for a pop-shop, at the W. They brought their current styles, some champagne, and some good sales! They sent me this jumpsuit and this dress (which will be featured soon!) Anytime I receive clothes, I get super excited - it's like Christmas. When I pulled the jumpsuit out of the bag, it was love at first sight! The fabric is so soft, and the weight of the fabric is heavenly. It drapes perfectly. Oh and that's not all...it has pockets! I slipped this baby on and I knew that my view of culottes had changed for the better! The drop waist really works for my body, because I have a long torso. Additionally, it doesn't pull on my hips, because it is a banded waistline. Glorious!!
All in all, Cultro Clothing is impeccably made. They have hanger appeal and body appeal. Their fabric is high quality and is used to make clothing for every woman. If you're in New York, you can shop them via NYC or over in New Jersey. Otherwise shop them online. Their pieces are the definition of investment pieces. You can thank me later ;)
Do you like culottes? Better yet, do you wear them? If not, you should definitely check out Cultro Clothing!
