Currently writing this as I'm prepping for West Palm Beach this weekend! It's so funny as that I age, the more I prefer spending money on experiences like travel and food, over "stuff". Do I sounds like a millennial? ;) Anyway, Seattle is so fun and there's so much to do. Here's a look at what we did in on our long weekend in the PNW. If you want to see my other Seattle posts, just search SEATTLE in the search bar on the top right corner of my blog or just click HERE.
Alki Beach - The best view of the city!! I wrote about Alki Beach here.
Biscuit Bitch - OMG so good. We walked here for breakfast one morning and beat the crowd by a smidge! Either way, I would stand in line again! One thing I really liked about them, besides their amazing biscuits (I got the bitch wich), was that they had something on the menu for everyone.
Capitol Hill District - I wrote about the beauty of the Capitol Hill District here! It was seriously such a fun area and you can easily spend a whole day there!
Coffee - You know that Seattle is known for its good brew, right?! I wrote about the best places to get coffee in Seattle here. I can already smell the caffeine;)
Nature - Seattle is such an active city. This trip we didn't explore as much nature, but one of our favorite places is Discovery Park! We actually took some of our engagement photos there. See the Discovery Park section of our engagements here!
Pike Place Market - An absolute must, when you visit Seattle!! I wrote my favorite places to and must sees at Pike Place Market here.
Queen Anne District - This is a pretty area that is fun to walk in! There's restaurants, boutiques, and so much more.
Sweet Iron - This is a yummy specialty waffle shop! We enjoyed their food - we both got a savory waffle, then split a sweet one. There are other locations, it was just a fun, grab and go type of breakfast!
Toulouse Petit - This restaurant was such a sleeper!! From the outside and even some of the inside decor, you might not thing much of it; however, this was our favorite brunch!! Definitely make a point to go if you can.
Wine Tasting - I wrote about Wine Tasting in Woodinville here! There's honestly so much to do in Seattle, but if you are looking to get out of the city and/or taste some wine, this is super fun!
Do you have any MUST DOS in Seattle or a surrounding area? Nick has family there, so we will definitely be back!
