When I saw this pant online, I *knew* that they would be something that I ordered and immediately returned, because sometimes I think I can wear things that I can't (ie anything blush colored I love, but it washes me out). Regarding this specific pant, I can't usually wear crops, because they fit my torso weird. But let me tall ya...these are good AND I WAS WRONG. I will say that I ordered a size Small, because I read reviews that they run big. I'm a size 28 in Madewell jeans if that helps!
Anyway, when I pulled them on -that's right, these have an elastic waistband #comfortable - I knew they were gold. They are basically a pant that makes you feel like you're at the beach, even if you're not. They are comfy and flowy, yet chic, whichhhh I could for sure use more of in my life. I usually style my The Art of Versatility posts more than 2 ways, buuuuut I wasn't feeling it this week. PLUS, I feel like I showed you a fun weekend look, and a chic work look (maybe switch the tank out for a blouse with sleeves, though).
I know I post a lot of clothes and stuff for y'all, but if there's only 1 thing you take away from my posts, it's not that I want you to buy from me. (though I do!) But I want you to leave with inspiration on how to make your closet work for you. Sure buy a few trendy pieces here and there and of course invest in your staples, but let your style do the talking! It will take you further than anything else can.
Coupled with yesterday's post, I have been writing on the surface level side so far this week, BUT if you subscribe to my newsletter, I got a little deep with y'all this morning. Want to receive my newsletter next Wednesday? Just click here to subscribe. As always, thanks for reading, y'all!!
